We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Driver to join a well-established plumbers’ merchant team in West Sussex. This role is key to delivering products safely and efficiently in a van to customers while providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally on the road.

This role is key to delivering products safely and efficiently in a van to customers while providing excellent customer service and representing the business professionally on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver plumbing and heating materials to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring all items are checked and handled with care.
- Provide excellent customer service at the point of delivery.
- Complete daily delivery schedules, paperwork, and vehicle checks.
- Assist in the warehouse or on the trade counter when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Full UK driving licence is essential (preferably clean).
- Experience delivering goods in a similar merchant or trade environment.
- Good knowledge of local routes and a strong awareness of road safety.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual lifting safely.
- Flexible and willing to assist in other areas of the business when needed.
