Showroom & Customer Experience Coordinator

The Opportunity
A respected organisation within the interiors and specification sector is looking to appoint a proactive Showroom & Customer Experience Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation of its flagship design facility.
This varied position combines front-of-house responsibilities with showroom administration and sales support. You'll be instrumental in ensuring every visitor receives an exceptional experience while helping the commercial team operate efficiently behind the scenes.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all visitors, creating a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Engage with customers to understand the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate team member.
- Provide administrative assistance across the commercial and customer service functions.
- Manage appointment schedules, meeting rooms and visitor bookings.
- Coordinate internal meetings, supplier presentations and customer events, including occasional evening functions.
- Capture and distribute new customer enquiries, ensuring they are logged accurately within internal systems.
- Monitor display materials, literature and product samples, arranging replenishment where necessary.
- Work closely with suppliers to refresh showroom displays and introduce new product collections.
- Organise inbound and outbound deliveries relating to showroom displays, samples and marketing materials.
- Maintain exceptional showroom presentation standards at all times.
- Assist with exhibitions, promotional activities and customer engagement events.
About You

The successful applicant will possess:
- Previous experience within customer service, retail, hospitality, reception or a similar client-facing position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A professional, confident and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across different departments.
