Location: Birmingham
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
An established KBB showroom in Birmingham is looking to recruit an experienced Interiors Showroom Consultant to join it's growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in kitchens, bathrooms or interior products who enjoys building customer relationships and managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
The Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll provide expert advice throughout their renovation journey. From discussing design ideas and preparing quotations to coordinating orders and supporting installations, you'll ensure every project is delivered to a high standard.
Working alongside suppliers, installers and the wider business, you'll help create a seamless customer experience while delivering excellent sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers on kitchen and bathroom projects.
- Prepare quotations and product proposals.
- Support customers throughout the sales and installation process.
- Liaise with suppliers and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage.
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
About You
Applications are welcomed from candidates with experience in the KBB sector or related industries, including:
- Kitchen and bathroom showrooms
- Kitchen manufacturers or retailers
- Bathroom retailers
- Tile showrooms
- Builders' merchants
- Kitchen installation businesses
You'll ideally have:
- Experience selling kitchens, bathrooms or interior products.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- The ability to manage multiple customer projects.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence communicating with customers and suppliers.
- A genuine interest in interiors and home improvement.
Experience using CAD or kitchen design software would be beneficial but is not essential for candidates with relevant industry knowledge.
What's on Offer
- Basic salary of £26,000-£28,000 -Uncapped commission structure.
- Permanent, full-time position. Monday to Friday office hours with alternating Saturdays
