About the Role

This permanent PAYE position offers consistent local work, strong earning potential and the security of joining an expanding business with a long-term outlook.

Successful applicants will work across a variety of residential developments and improvement projects, supporting builds from preparation through to completion while ensuring excellent standards throughout.

Typical Responsibilities

Projects will involve a broad range of residential building activities, including:

·         Delivering all aspects of general building work across domestic projects

·         Completing property renovations, refurbishment works and structural modifications

·         Supporting the construction of home extensions and residential new builds

·         Carrying out groundworks, site preparation and foundation works

·         Undertaking brickwork, blockwork and external construction activities

·         Completing internal fit-out and finishing stages

·         Coordinating and supporting kitchen installations and interior upgrades

·         Working from drawings and project specifications

·         Maintaining site quality, organisation and health & safety standards

·         Producing work to a consistently high standard with strong attention to detail

·         Working professionally within occupied homes and customer environments

About You

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:

·         A time-served building background with residential project experience

·         Practical knowledge across renovations, extensions and general construction

·         The ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a wider team

·         Strong standards of workmanship and a proactive attitude

·         A professional, customer-focused approach on site

·         A full UK driving licence (preferred)
