Draughtsman Designer – Bespoke Joinery

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (DOE)

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Company

A specialist luxury joinery manufacturer delivering high-end bespoke interiors across residential and commercial projects. Known for exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail, they are seeking a skilled Draughtsman / Designer to join their growing team, focusing on premium washroom projects.

The Role

As a Draughtsman Designer, you will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and design solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed technical drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD

Produce bespoke joinery designs based on project specifications

Interpret design briefs, drawings, and technical information

Work collaboratively with design, production, and project teams

Ensure all drawings are accurate and suitable for manufacture

Attend site visits and project meetings when required

About You

Experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD is essential

Strong understanding of joinery and general carpentry

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

Able to work independently and as part of a wider team

Full UK driving licence (essential due to location)

Package & Benefits

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)

3-month probation period

Company Pension (following 3 months’ service)

Travel allowance and access to company pool cars for site visits
