Showroom Manager -KBB
Location: Merseyside
Salary: £30,000-£37,000 DOE plus OTE on personal performance up to £12,000 possible

About the Role
This position offers the opportunity to take full operational and commercial responsibility for a bathroom showroom, shaping both the customer journey and overall business performance. The successful individual will lead from the front, balancing sales leadership, team development, and showroom presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the showroom environment
- Lead, support, and develop a team of sales consultants and designers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade professionals and retail customers
- Plan and implement local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and repeat business
- Ensure the showroom is consistently presented to a high visual and commercial standard
- Advise customers on product selection, layouts, and design possibilities
- Analyse sales figures and performance data to identify opportunities for growth
- Work collaboratively with installation partners and internal teams to deliver projects smoothly
Requirements / Skills
- Previous experience within a showroom-based retail environment (bathrooms, kitchens, or interiors)
- Proven ability to lead or supervise a team (preferred but not essential)
- Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, margins, and stock considerations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for design and attention to detail
- Familiarity with design software (CAD or Virtual world) is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence required
