Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Installation Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of customer kitchen installations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and adept at managing contractors, schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee customer kitchen installations from concept through completion.
- Develop and maintain detailed fitting schedules to ensure seamless, hassle-free installations.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure each project is delivered efficiently.
- Review financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to measure productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure collaboration and high-quality work.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work meets company standards and timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience managing kitchen or home installations, construction projects, or similar roles.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial and performance data.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in installations.
