Salary: On-Target Earnings £75,000

About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to take full ownership of a regional territory, driving sales growth through a mix of account management, new business development, and showroom support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a structured weekly schedule, with four days in the field and one day for administration and planning
• Take full ownership of territory performance, planning, and prioritisation
• Support and develop a network of kitchen showrooms through training, coaching, and performance improvement
• Manage and grow relationships with independent kitchen retailers
• Identify and secure new display opportunities within the region
• Drive product adoption, range expansion, and showroom investment
• Maintain responsibility for commercial decisions including pricing and negotiations
• Support retailers with design software for smaller projects and liaise with central teams on larger designs

Requirements / Skills:

• Proven experience within the KBB or kitchen industry
• Strong background in both account management and new business development
• Experience delivering training and support in a retail environment
• Commercially aware with the ability to work autonomously
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven

What’s on Offer:
