About the Role
Working with Housing Associations and contractors to deliver tailored operational solutions that driver efficiency and cost saving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build strong operational relatio0nships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
- Act as the primary contact between customers and branches ensuring consistent service levels
- Maximise customer spend by securing a greater share of materials and promoting their full product range
- Assist in implementing key customer initiatives
- Maintain and deliver consistent customer pricing across all brands and branches
Requirements / Skills:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent organisation and problem- solving capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and suppliers
