Design Coordinator (Luxury Kitchens)

Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE) + Bonus

About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work closely with the Design Manager and wider operations team to support the delivery of high-end, bespoke kitchen projects from concept through to completion. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly and client expectations are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Design Manager to ensure all aspects of the client brief are met and exceeded

Producing design proposals using Winner/AutoCAD for presentation to clients

Preparing and issuing detailed contracts, ensuring all documentation is returned correctly signed

Creating detailed design plans from initial concept through to final sign-off

Building and maintaining strong product knowledge across the full portfolio, including case studies

Managing client queries effectively when the Design Manager is on site

Liaising with the Applications Manager regarding appliance ordering and delivery

Ensuring all materials and appliances are delivered to site as required

Providing technical support and information to installation teams when necessary

Ensuring all orders and project data are accurately recorded on the sales order processing system

Managing post-installation snagging and ordering of outstanding items

Compiling project case studies, including photography, for PR and website use

Supporting the marketing team with artwork and sales support materials

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems
Requirements / Skills:
-
Proven experience within kitchen design
-
Strong ambition to progress into a Kitchen Design Manager role

Experience using CAD software (Winner/AutoCAD preferred)

Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

Ability to confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously

Highly motivated, driven, and detail-oriented

Strong organisational and time management skills
-
Willingness to travel to other showrooms when required
-
Proactive, can-do attitude with a strong team-player mindset
-
Full UK driving licence
