About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to design and sell beautiful, functional kitchens while guiding customers through the full journey from initial consultation to final design and sale.

Key Responsibilities:
Create bespoke kitchen designs tailored to customer needs and budgets
Deliver an excellent customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong design and product knowledge
Maintain showroom standards and ensure displays are presented to a high level
Work 5 days per week (10am – 5pm), closed on Sundays

Requirements / Skills:
Previous experience as a Kitchen Designer within a retail showroom environment
Strong sales ability with a passion for design and customer service
Confident using design software (Ideally Arti Cad)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
