About the Role
This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to deliver high-quality bathroom designs through virtual consultations, guiding customers from initial concept through to confident purchase. You will combine creative design thinking with commercial awareness to produce practical, inspiring solutions that convert into sales while delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual design consultations to fully understand customer needs, budgets, and constraints

• Create high-quality, visually compelling bathroom designs using Virtual Worlds

• Guide customers through the full design journey, maintaining proactive communication through to sale

• Confidently recommend suitable products and layouts that align with both customer goals and commercial objectives

• Review and learn from missed opportunities, sharing insights with the wider design team

• Contribute to the ongoing development of the design function as customer confidence in high-value online purchases continues to grow

• Use internal systems and tools effectively to ensure accurate, efficient, and customer-focused outcomes

Requirements / Skills:

• Proven experience within the KBB sector (bathrooms preferred)

• Strong experience using Virtual Worlds (preferred) or equivalent 3D design software

• Customer-first mindset with the confidence to guide and advise customers

• Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness

• Highly organised, able to manage multiple consultations and follow-ups effectively

• Confident communicator with a professional and engaging telephone manner

• Self-motivated, positive, and keen to continuously develop skills
