About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to support the leadership of a busy branch, oversee daily operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and help drive sales and performance across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in-person and over the phone, including handling goods when required

• Support the Branch Manager in supervising and coordinating the branch team

• Manage stock levels, assist with ordering, and maintain inventory

• Help implement sales targets and performance initiatives

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and organisation

• Provide cover for the Branch Manager when needed

• Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service standards

• Undertake any other duties required to support the smooth running of the branch

Requirements / Skills:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role

• Strong customer service focus

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills

• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships

• Commercial awareness and good sales ability

• Confident and clear communicator

• Approachable, reliable, and professional
