About the Client
Simon Acres Group LTD are representing a well established and successful Plumbers Merchant. This is an exciting role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a part of a highly successful branch, driving its growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.
- Accurately process sales transactions and manage account-related queries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Entertain customers (Weekend potential)
- Promote new products, special offers, and seasonal promotions.
- Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the warehouse as required.
- Assist with deliveries as required.
Requirements / Skills:
- Previous experience in a plumbers environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and heating products is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
