Trade Sales Executive

JOIN OUR CLIENT'S EXPANDING TRADE SALES TEAM!!

 

Due to our client's rapid growth, Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for personable, driven, and positive Trade Sales Executives for a well-established and highly successful Furniture retailer.

The Trade Sales Executives will be passionate about delivering an excellent customer service, building lasting business relationships, and smashing sales targets.

The Trade Sales Executives will be selling predominantly to the hospitality and housing sectors. They will build their own customer base through excellent product knowledge and tailored packages based on the customers' needs, while also delivering an exceptional sales service throughout the process.

 

Location - Norwich (some nationwide travel when required)

Package - £28k basic, plus 1% commission on all trade sales, plus trade sales performance bonus.

1st Year OTE - £45,000

Fuel Allowance - 45p per mile

 

Responsibilities;

     Identify and connect with potential new customers to establish and nurture professional relationships

     Attend exhibitions and other events, nationwide, to showcase company products

     Lead generation and sales conversion, both in person and via telephone

     Maintain and develop relationships with both new and existing customers through exceptional customer care and ethical sales practices

     Advise on all company products, preparing detailed quotations where required

     Swiftly and effectively resolve customer queries to ensure successful outcomes

  

Essential Experience;

    Previous experience in high volume product sales

    Experience of working to revenue targets and KPIs

    Lead generation with a strong track record of conversion

 

Desirable Experience;

     Experience of working in a retail environment

     Strong understanding of trade within the hospitality industry

 

Essential Skills & Attributes;

     Excellent written and verbal communication

     Strong commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills

     Positive and enthusiastic attitude, working collaboratively and thriving in a team-oriented environment

     Committed to excellent customer service, with a passionate and professional sales approach

 

Although the role is primarily Monday-Friday, some nationwide travel will be required, with occasional evening and weekend work.
