Showroom manager, Milton Keynes Bedford are actively looking for an individual who shares our passion for transforming Kitchens & Bathrooms, presenting design solutions and providing outstanding customer service

Our client is a global brand that provides a unique kitchen and bathroom makeover solution. At the core of our offering is Etherium® by E-Stone, a 7 mm engineered stone that is applied over existing kitchen worktops. Known as ‘the top that fits on top’, our brand has completed more than 1 million makeovers in the past 20 years.

We are shortly opening new showrooms across Milton Keynes and Bedford, so are seeking an experienced showroom and installation manager to support our growing business.

You will need a love for sales, organising and coordinating installations along with working with customers.
We will provide you with an induction course on our distinct products, systems and processes.

The job description:

The Showroom Tasks

• To welcome customers to our showroom.
• Maintaining the brand image to the highest standards and ensuring the showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times.
• Recognize customers’ expectations and identify their budget.
• Present our company, our products, our sustainability story and offer solutions.

The Administration tasks

• Sending samples and brochures.
• Updating our Customer Relationship Management System with customer details and managing follow-up activities.
• Complete Monthly Benchmarking reports
• Process customer payments
• Enter customer details into Xero accounting package & process invoices and receipts

The Installation Tasks

• Stock ordering; such as worktops, sinks, taps and appliances, door & drawers ensuring items are available for installations
• Solve issues as they arise coordinating with our installers and fabricators
• Schedule customer appointments for templates, check measures & installations
• Produce job packets for the installation team
• Coordinate and schedule any sub-trades, namely gas engineers
• Coordinate and schedule our fabricators to ensure jobs are produced in a timely manner
• Manage aftersales process: send customer gift hamper and/or flowers
• Manage and coordinate any remedial works
• Monthly stocktake process

Your skills:

Exceptional communication skills. Proven sales and customer satisfaction record. Ability to multitask. Be IT literate. Knowledge and experience of the kitchen/bathroom industry
