Kitchen and Bathroom Designer, Yorkshire

kbbrecruitment.co.uk are currently searching for an experienced Kitchen and Bathroom Designer in the West Yorkshire area for our growing client. 

This is a permanent position paying up to £28,000 per annum for the right candidate. 

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• The ability to maximise profitable sales in line with KPI’s set
•  A full understanding of CAD (kitchen & Bathroom)
• Closing skills (also able to quote and present)

Key responsibilities:

• Increase sales and profitable growth in line with Company targets
• Exceed set sales targets and objectives in line to achieve the sales plan
• Produce designs in line with the customers requirements and budget
• Ability to up-sell
• Overcome any potential objections
• Visit customers homes as and when required
• Work effectively within a time
• Place orders with suppliers
• Book fitters in line with the delivery and ensuring all components have been checked
• Assist with any after sales elements
• To listen and understand the customers’ requirements and oversee the design concept through to installation.
